Free shipping to the US and UK
Standard shipping is free on every order, and most Vera Lane orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands may take a few extra days.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Shipping: 2–5 business days after your order ships
- Total: 3–7 business days for most orders
Delivery times are estimates. Peak seasons, sales events, weather, or carrier issues can occasionally cause delays.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. If you ordered several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Wrong address or need to cancel?
Email us right away at contact@veralane.shop. We can usually update or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
Missing or damaged package
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
