Free returns within 30 days
Not quite right? No problem. You can return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — and return shipping is on us.
What can be returned
- Items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Items with all original tags attached, in their original packaging
- Items free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, and pet hair
What can’t be returned
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of underwear and intimates, bodysuits, swimwear with the hygiene liner removed, earrings or pierced jewelry, items marked “Final Sale,” or gift cards — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to return an item
- Email contact@veralane.shop with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
- Pack your item(s) securely, attach the label, and drop the package off with the carrier.
Please don’t send returns to our business address — always use the return label and address we provide.
When you’ll get your refund
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us and we’ll help you exchange it, subject to availability. If your new size or color is sold out, we’ll refund the original item instead.
Damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
Customers in the UK
Our free 30-day returns are in addition to your statutory rights. You can cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason (including sale items, except unsealed hygiene items), and you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty.
